Due to the way our system works there may be a slight delay in when your purchased cards, top-ups to existing cards and donations from purchases are displayed in your Give as you Live Instore account. Please rest assured that any purchases you have made have been tracked and all details will be added shortly.
We are working with Hawk Incentives to get your account updated each month. In the meantime, if you wish to top up your existing cards you will need to select the retailer from the drop-down list at the bottom of the page when you log in to Give as you Live Instore. This will take you to your newest card.
